Responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of all kitchen equipment, working areas, plates. glasses, cutlery etc. and the use of the correct chemicals.

Ability to communicate effectively, to initiate action and to develop productive working relationships and set and implement schedules. Previous similar experience in hospitality/entertainment is desirable.
