Hi and thanks for looking at our job. We are currently looking for a happy and relaxed person to help our son do his schooling on the School of the Air system. Our son is nearly eight and doing year 3 at school. There are no other children.
We have a sheep station in a remote area of western NSW so it is impossible to attend a 'normal' school.

You would just need to walk him through the provided work each school day and supervise his over the computer lessons. You don't need to be a teacher but you need patience and to be full of fun. We would like some prior experience with kids but if you think you fit the bill then please get in touch. Some days you may need to provide lunch for him but nothing fancy - usually it's vegemite sandwiches!

You would be living in our house and eating with us. You'd have your own room and lots of free time as school would finish no later than 3pm. Internet is available.

There is no major housework involved just the day to day things, like washing up, that come with living as part of a family.
