About the job
The delivery of high quality food and beverage services to customers. Assist with the restaurant set-up, maintenance of buffet (breakfast) and a la carte service (dinner), monitoring and maintenance of quality of products, maintenance of hygiene standards and contribution of new ideas and provision of customer feedback to Restaurant Supervisor.
Skills required:
Ability to foster a team spirit and to contribute towards cooperative and productive working relationships, well organised and having a demonstrated customer service orientation. Experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry is desirable. Penalty rates of hourly pay apply to Saturday ($20.86), Sunday ($24.34) and public holidays ($38.24). There is also a loading for work completed after 7pm and before 7am from Monday to Friday.
