Operate commercial kitchen for up to 250 patron buffet and 100 cafe patrons over lunch, all set menu. Do ordering, planning preparation & cooking. Will have one kitchen hand.

There is other Cafe work such as 2nd cook waiting staff, kitchen hands etc.
